The IO Technical Assistance Command Center (TACC) is a state-of-the-art monitoring and analysis center that allows IO to proactively address the customer's service level objectives.

IO TACC is staffed with senior members of IO's engineering, operations and customer account management teams at strategic locations around the world in order to provide 24x7xForever monitoring and customer support.

The IO TACC is equipped with state-of-the-art monitoring and analysis systems powered by IO OS®. These centers allow IO staff to continuously monitor all of the critical elements of IO's data center infrastructure worldwide. From conditioned power and mechanical systems to networking equipment, IO's engineering and operations team can proactively identify and work with the appropriate staff on the ground to address events that may impact service.
