Data Center
With more than 831,000 square feet of space available, IO NEW JERSEY is the largest data center in the NYC metropolitan area. IO NEW JERSEY utilizes the IO.Anywhere® modular data center system and is the first commercially available modular data center in existence.

Power
IO NEW JERSEY has a dedicated, on-site substation that is currently capable of delivering 30 MW of core power. The substation is expandable to 100 MW and provides IO customers with plenty of capacity to grow.

Network
IO NEW JERSEY is a carrier-neutral data center with access to the world's largest network providers including AT&T and Verizon.

Cooling
Because IO NEW JERSEY utilizes the IO.Anywhere® modular data center system, cooling is provided inside each customer's data module. This means less of the overall data center needs to be cooled, thus conserving energy and providing a more reliable method for removing heat from the data center.

Access Control
IO NEW JERSEY employs multiple layers of access control to provide a highly secure environment for the customer's IT operations.
