Acting as the eyes, ears, and hands for your IT team, IO's professionally trained staff will toggle a switch or push a button, observe and report on status lights, insert or swap out CD/DVD or tape media, and replace or reseat certain hardware components. Rack and Stack
IO can help coordinate your move-in without you having to be there. Save the time and expense of travelling to the data center to uncrate, install, and set up your IT equipment. IO's staff of IT professionals will unpack, assemble, and rack your equipment to your specifications. When complete, IO will take digital pictures of the configuration and produce a detailed inventory, including serial numbers, of everything installed.
