IO Data Centers Attracts Top Talent

IO Data Centers fills key management and sales positions to augment the company's rapid growth

PHOENIX, AZ, June 1, 2009 - IO Data Centers, the premier provider of data center solutions, has added key management and sales staff to its growing operation. Joining the company are: Maile Kaiser, Kathi Winter and Jason Ferrara.

Maile Kaiser also joins IO Data Centers' sales team as an Enterprise Sales Executive. Kaiser brings more than 14 years of extensive sales management and senior business development experience to IO Data Centers. Prior to IO Data Centers, Kaiser served as Director of Sales for AboveNet, Inc, where she was responsible for revenue growth in the Los Angeles and Phoenix markets through new customer acquisition and expanding relationships with existing customers. Prior to AboveNet, Kaiser was a Field Sales Representative for Oracle Corporation for five years and was responsible for revenue growth in the Support Services area of the organization. Kaiser has a Bachelor of Science in English Literature from the University of California at Berkeley.

Kathi Winter joins IO Data Centers as Director of Human Resources. Winter holds a Master's in Education and a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She has more than 13 years of hands-on experience in multiple human resources competencies including global mergers and acquisitions, leadership and talent development, organization design, talent acquisition and employee/labor relations. Prior to joining IO, Winter held a variety of human resource and leadership roles at Honeywell, Intl, CIT Group, and KB Home.

Jason Ferrara joins IO Data Centers as Director of Marketing. Ferrara has an agency background, having worked in a variety of management roles for the past 12 years. He has worked with a number of Fortune 1000 companies including Chase, Disney and Symantec and brings a wealth of interactive marketing experience. Prior to joining IO Data Centers, Ferrara served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Elixir Interactive and Managing Director for iCrossing.
