William Slessman
William Slessman serves as Chief Technology Officer of IO. In this capacity, he is directly responsible for Global Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing and Site Installation. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer from the Company's inception in 2007 to May 2011, where he led all operations and technology infrastructure. Slessman has been an executive in the data center industry for seven years, and has had technical performance responsibility for meeting the service level requirements of hundreds of enterprise and government customers. Prior to joining IO, Slessman co-founded and was COO of Sterling Network Services, LLC, a leading enterprise colocation services provider (sold in July 2006). Slessman has assisted some of the largest, most technologically dependent and demanding companies in applying advanced technologies to their businesses, including Reed Elsevier, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Toyota Financial Services and Heller Financial. Slessman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Applied Sciences from Arizona State University.
