Jon Mauck joined IO from Citigroup's Investment Banking Division, where he was the Global Head of the Communications Infrastructure team. During his 11-year tenure with Citigroup, Mauck advised technology and telecom companies, including data center service providers, on strategic transactions and successfully raised more than $20 billion in capital, both debt and equity. Mauck earned a bachelor's degree with honors in finance and economics from George Mason University. Mauck went on to get his law degree from Boston College, where he served as Editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest. Prior to his career as an investment banker, Mauck practiced law in New York.
